Rick Miles grew up in Rigby, Idaho on his grandfather’s 80 acre farm on which they grew hay, grain, and potatoes. After college he gravitated to the potato business when he took a job working for his uncle in a packing facility selling potatoes. Rick spent the next quarter century learning about the importance of quality selection when it came to produce and the importance of honesty and integrity when it came to customer relations.
In 1992 his industry commitment came to fruition when he started the Rick Miles Produce Service. The ideals that were imparted to him at an early age have served him well. Today the customers of Rick Miles Produce benefit from the company’s insistence on the delivery of only safe, high-quality potatoes and onions grown by utilizing only the best environmentally preferred techniques.
